I post and write about my activities from my home in Chandler, Arizona. I work as a Process Engineer at one of the worlds largest semiconductor companies. I started this website to track personal development through the activities, habits, and hobbies I try to fill my free time with. Fitness As a Process
Growing up, I was involved most with swimming and basketball. By the end of high school I had multiple state champion titles in two different short course Freestyle events. I also had a brief appearance in a TYR Pro Series here in Mesa, Arizona in 2018. I try my best to get in the pool once or twice a week but this is still an area I am trying to improve in.
For me, weight lifting and exercise is a great tool for reducing stress and focusing on personal development in a fun and sometimes social way.
Take What You Want
As of now, I do not have a specific direction for this site. I want to make this a place where I share and reflect on all aspects of my life whether it be learning a new skill/sharing thoughts on a book/or just posting pictures and videos of my endeavors. Whether you're here to learn or for entertainment, I hope anyone can take away from what I share.
